The crows of the mind
Like ancient masters robed in black,
Flying high over the Castle of Newberry.
Beautiful prose hanging in the sky
Like colorful curtains.
And
“The Poem”
Is
Hidden.

O wayfarer, please;
Read between the lines!

Let your mind sit at the edge,
And your feet hang...into the freshness of the free future.
Restful,
With the wings of the Eye stretched open
From one side of the universe to the other
With inspiring beauty.

There comes a time when you must stand up.
What awesome sounds are coming from your wings when you rise up.
What grace you bring when you do things with love.

In the end, when all has rested,
The moth must circle the light
And the mind must circle the world.
The limitless pours outward filling your future,
Circling around,
From yourself to yourself again,
And again.

Fill the world with beauty
While helping the living to survive.
Grow like a tree reaching for more light,
And shade us with your beautiful leaves.
Here, we stay in awe of your beauty
As we water your thirsty roots
With our mind’s pitcher.

Worry if you have to,
Worry about the suffering of this troubled world
And devise a rescue plan.
Start from yourself,
And remain optimistic.
We have given you the hands of God,
Develop a brain to match it.

In the midst of all battles comes a feeling
Higher than thought,
Surrounding every fiber of your world
Keeping the Eye awake.

The light is bright.
The brightness of color is deepening the depths,
Circling around an idea,
Filling the space ahead
With hopes without disappointments,
With freedom and engagement;
Life as is...
Gliding on the surface
As if flying effortlessly.

The light is there
To spot light me.
And not for me to forget my spot,
And sit in worship of the light.
Though the light may be so beautiful,
But I am here alone on the life stage within
To create in Goodness above truth
Which
Is
D i v i n e.
